Manor Electrical has worked with Accent Office Interiors for a number of years with the refurbishment of a number of their client’s offices.

Prior to installation of new electrics in newly refurbished offices, we’ll strip out and make safe the existing electrical infrastructure so that the other contractors are able to complete their work safely.

At the point during the office refurbishment that the client is ready for electrics to be reintroduced, we provide many or all of the below services:-

• Installation of cable trays and baskets
• Cabling in newly refurbished area
• Power sockets
• New LED light fittings
• Data (Cat5e / Cat 6) and RJ45 sockets
• Emergency lighting to suit the new office layout
• Installation of supply / extract ventilation fans
• Reconfiguration of fire detection system(s) to suit the new layout
• Electrical testing and full certification
